Silver Oak Retreats is a locally owned vacation rental management company serving the Mt. Hood region.

We currently manage over $2.5 million in active vacation rental assets, delivering full-service oversight, revenue optimization, and five-star guest experiences across every home in our portfolio.

What started as a vision to improve the standard of short-term rental management in Mt. Hood has grown into a focused, hands-on operation built around performance, transparency, and long-term asset protection.

We are intentionally selective about the homes we manage. Each property receives:

The Founders

Silver Oak Retreats was founded by Chris Jones and Janelle Kiive.

Janelle leads operations, systems, and owner communication, ensuring every property runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Chris oversees branding, marketing, and revenue positioning, optimizing how each home is presented and priced in the marketplace.
