    That fee covers full-service management: guest communication, bookings, marketing, pricing optimization, cleaning coordination, maintenance oversight, inspections, and more. Our goal is to increase your net income, not just handle the day-to-day.

  • No hidden fees to us — ever. Transparency is one of our core values.

    We don’t charge onboarding fees, setup fees, or surprise costs. The only startup expenses you might encounter are attaining a permit for the property to be an STR (depending on property’s local zoning laws) and anything needed to make sure the property is up to code for local laws like smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc. Everything else is optional and based on your property’s needs — such as deep cleaning or minor upgrades to improve guest appeal. If anything like that comes up, we’ll discuss it with you upfront and only move forward with your approval.
